How do I secure an apartment?
We always recommend viewing apartments in person before making your decision! You can set up a showing by contacting the office. Once you've selected the apartment you want to move forward with, everyone in your group will need to submit a rental application (found under the "Rental App" section of our site.) When the rental applications have been submitted and approved, you can move forward with securing your apartment! Are cable and Internet included?
No, we recommend contacting Spectrum or Verizon. Their sites are listed below:

When are the lease dates?
Most of our leases typically run from June 5th to May 22nd and are for 12 months.
Contact us for more information as some apartment dates vary and semester leases are sometimes possible.

When is rent due?
Full rent is due between the 1st and the 5th of each month, after the 5th there is a $35 late fee.
Are heat and electric included?
No, all utilities are additional. Prior to move in, you'll need to contact National Grid and request service for gas and electric at your address. Contact National Grid directly for set up. Site below:

How do I submit a maintenance request?
Submit maintenance requests on your tenant portal, you will receive an email from Buildium to sign in when your lease begins. We have a wonderful maintenance team ready to help with all of your apartment needs! |
What do you do with garbage?
Garbage is to be placed after dark curb side Tuesday evenings and the city will pick it up. This is important, as the city will fine! If you have any additional questions, please contact us and we will show you where to put your trash.
